Canny Nanny's mum went here, so it's a charity dear to her heart.
Her mum was even a poster girl in their charity shop!

Feline Care

Registered Charity No. 1144830

"We offer all our cats a loving home with the hope
of finding them their very own 'forever' home."
One day Canny Nanny happened upon a scraggly, skinny cat.
She tried to get the cat to come home with her, but the cat was
shy and ran away. The next time Canny Nanny saw the cat,
she was emaciated. Thankfully, Canny Nanny had been walking
home from the store and had cream in her bag.
She was able to lure the kitty home and named her Petal.
Much as she enjoyed eating again and having a place to be warm,
Petal did not like Canny Nanny's two doggies,
so Canny Nanny had to look high and low to find
an animal shelter that could take poor Petal.
Thankfully, there is Feline Care, who help many
four-legged furries in need such as dear Petal.

She has taken in more than one sickly hedgehog
Canny Nanny has found and nursed them
back to health, ready to patrol the garden!
